Cooking Demonstrations
Polish Fest will feature cooking demonstrations in the Taste of Polonia tent. Local Polish cooks will illustrate the techniques of making pierogi and salads. Demonstrations start at 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Smacznego!
